PALLAVANJALI INSTITUTE FOR THE ACTUALISATION OF INDIVIDUAL POTENTIAL ( PIAIP )
PIAIP is divided into two components:
Pre Internship – Age Group 14 – 17 ( group L1, L2)
Career Training – Age group above 18 ( groups L1, L2, L3 )
Pre- Internship
Students in the age group of 14 to 17years are part of this group. They follow a functional curriculum which enables them to learn at their own pace about concepts of Mathematics, English, Knowledge of the World, Independent Living Skills, Information and Communication Technology etc.
Career Training
The outcome
Through their association with these leading companies and by making day to-day use of the skills we teach them in the classroom, PAIAP students will gain a sense of what excellence is and a desire to achieve excellence no matter what they do. They will be far more motivated to achieve this ,than they would sitting in a classroom.They would now have the opportunity to pursue a career in an industry which they understand and have experienced.
