Work Readiness Programme
Functional Academic(Age 15 – 17)
Students in the age group of 15 to 18 years are part of this group. They follow a functional curriculum which enables them to learn at their own pace about concepts of Mathematics, English, knowledge of the world, independent living skills, Drama, Art Therapy, Dance & Movement Physical Education.
Internship Programme(Age 18+)
In-house internship – Students who are yet to be ready to work independently outside of Pallavanjali, we created in-house internship for those students.
PIAIP Cafe
The Student – Educator Cafe is more than just an eating establishment; it’s a vibrant, multi-functional space designed specifically for the student community. We provide hygienically prepared, nutritious, and affordable meals for daily lunch, alongside exciting and healthy special snacks. Beyond sustenance, we offer a dedicated environment for students to practice and develop valuable skills, fostering a holistic approach to student well-being.
We Bake Bakery
The idea to set up a bakery within our premises rose from the need for creating a place for young adults with special needs to hone their skills in baking and find employment in a friendly & trusting environment. A place where their skills will be appreciated not for their disability but for their ability. We believe in the potential of every human being in spite of all difficulties, be it special needs, under-privileged or any other. It is for us to make the difference in their lives.
We want create a hub where professionals will come and train our students. This will be open for all persons across disabilities with intent on learning to bake.

This is for students who are trained and ready to work independently.

Hostel Stay for PIAIP Students:
Fostering Independence and Adulthood
We believe that education is holistic only when it makes room for the real-world platform. This program is designed to empower students by immersing them in an environment that encourages independent decision-making and the practical application of independent living skills. Under the careful supervision of educators, students learn to navigate various situations, learning to take charge and build confidence. Over the year at least 4 stays are planned for our students.
The key focus of the hostel stay is the development of physical independence and emotional maturity. Students will have the opportunity to:
- Embrace Freedom with Responsibility: Understand the connection between personal choices and their outcomes.
- Relate and Connect: Develop stronger interpersonal skills through daily interactions.
- Learn to Share: Practice cooperation and consideration for others in a communal living setting.

- Love and Laugh Together: Build meaningful friendships and create lasting positive memories.
- Foster a Sense of Achievement: Experience the satisfaction of overcoming challenges and successfully managing daily tasks.
A Full Day Program for Special Students
Pallavanjali provides a comprehensive after school hours program that is a rich tapestry of experiences designed to engage special students holistically, fostering their growth, independence, and well-being in a joyful and supportive environment. A complete full-day routine provides a stimulating, engaging, and supportive environment where special students can explore, learn, create, move, and relax along with their peers. This program is open to all. Students pursuing home programs or enrolled in other schools/ institutes are welcome as well.

Other Programme
Outbound Adventure Camp: This enable students to overcome their fear and inhibitions away from parents and deaconess, student realize and learn to take responsibilities for themselves and belongings, this helps them to born with their peers and also helps in their team spirit among other attributes.
PIAIP Programme For Regular Students(18+)
Our program for young adults from the marginalized section of society is designed to enhance employability and personal growth of students, fostering essential life skills, communication abilities, grooming techniques and critical digital and financial literacy.
This is an enabling programme designed to equip young adults with necessary soft skills and resources needed to succeed.
